Daniel Small was the first person ever admitted to the Brown Program in Medicine early decision at age 16 and was a member of the Charter 12, the first medical students who did clinical clerkships at Brown. He recently “un-retired” and is practicing rheumatology at Mayo Clinic SW Wisconsin.
