Future doctors give countless hours to help build a healthier Rhode Island.
Community service comes naturally for Warren Alpert medical students and faculty. While students are required to perform four hours of service learning within their first three semesters, most do well beyond that. In fact, most semesters there’s a waiting list to volunteer at the Rhode Island Free Clinic. The map below shows just some of the locations around greater Providence where students and faculty volunteer their time, compassion, and expertise.
