BOULDER BEACH, ACADIA NATIONAL PARK, MAINE, 2021As its name suggests, Boulder Beach is covered with bowling ball-sized rocks that were smoothed over centuries by ocean erosion. As dawn breaks, the warm sunlight casts on the Atlantic Ocean, scattering into mesmerizing hues. With a slow shutter speed, I captured how the waves fog the granite cobbles and boulders and keep polishing them.
